Don't forget to attach a copy of your book in e-format (.pdf, .rtf, .html, .lit, .pdb... are all suitable). Plus you can send blurbs and any related propaganda you may have about the e-book.

Please note that the reviewer(s) try their best to read and review all the e-books received. Allow them debt time to reach your ebook. Thanks.
